MicroRNA (miRNA) molecules are known to be involved in regulating gene expression, including: mRNA cleavage, translational repression and deadenylation.
Our MISSION miRNA mimics are small, double-stranded RNA molecules that can be introduced into cells to mimic endogenous, mature miRNA. We use the University of Manchester’s latest version of miRBase to design our miRNA mimics. Our novel and unique mimic design significantly reduces the chances of possible sense-strand off-target effects, and the knockdown efficiency has been functionally tested against natural miRNA targets.
Our MISSION miRNA mimics range from individual mimics (5nmol/mimic) to a full library of 985 human mimics (0.25 nmol each. All our products are fully optimized and ready to use.
