The videos illustrate phenotypes we have observed in HeLa cells after esiRNA transfections.
Some of them are brightfield movies and some are fluorescent movies employing a Histone H3-GFP reporter cell line. The cells on the left are negative controls, the ones on the right have been treated with gene-specific esiRNAs.
