Our FLAG® Expression System is a proven method for the expression, purification and detection of recombinant fusion proteins. It is ideal for sensitive detection of low-abundance proteins, and sensitivity can be further enhanced using the 3x FLAG epitope.
Combining FLAG’s small, hydrophilic tags with our highly specific and sensitive ANTI-FLAG® antibodies ensures significantly improved detection and purification of recombinant fusion proteins. The FLAG and 3xFLAG systems are ideal for immunocytochemistry, immunoprecipitation, flow cytometry, Western blotting and protein purification. They are also suitable for studies of cell ultrastructure, protein localization and protein-protein interaction.
