RNA oligonucleotide probes are often used for in situ hybridization or in Northern blot applications.
Oligos containing 2’-O-Methyl can also be used in antisense experiments for regulating gene expression. We can provide RNA oligos to diverse specifications, including different synthesis scales (0.05, 0.2, 1.0 µM); sequences ranging from 7 to 45mers in length; and purified with desalting and reverse-phase HPLC. Our RNA oligos are delivered dried in 2 mL screw cap tubes, we additionally provide normalization and aliquoting in tubes.
Our manufacturing capabilities, which range from milligram to gram quantity, can provide everything you might need – from single fluorescent dyes to internal probe modifications. We commonly provide the following modifications: 2’-O-Methyl; amino-modifiers; biotin; fluorescein, 6-FAM™, HEX™, and TET™; chemical phosphorylation and Cy™ dyes; we are continually adding to these capabilities.
